Somatics and energy work offer a holistic solution encompassing body, mind, spirit, will & emotions. We combine the Core Energetics evolutionary process with Reiki energy treatments and coaching to help create a balance for clients.

We work with individuals who need to heal their wounds by helping them to identify root causes, break negatives patterns, and live life fully. We work with individuals who are stuck and want to make a change by helping you recognize your full potential.
Couples who are struggling are provided support to navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship. We utilize 3 well known relationship models including: Imago, Gottman, and Exceptional Relationships. The work can help rebuild trust, enhance intimacy, and provide tools to navigate challenges more effectively.
