Is this taking a toll on their well being, but you're at a loss? Being a teen is so hard and parenting teens can feel even harder! I am raising my own teens and I also remember what it was like to be a struggling teen, so I'm here to help. I guide teens to self-empowerment in a safe and inclusive space through Teens Rising Empowerment Programs(TM) and individual psychotherapy. I also support parents who are struggling with their own issues or parenting their children.
Experienced in working with teens who are part of the LGBTQIA plus community, including gender queer and trans teens.
I'm an inclusive, holistic, & trauma-trained psychotherapist with 25 years in the mental health field. I've worked in various settings with a multitude of issues. I currently provide psychotherapy to young adults, moms, LGBTQIA+ teens, and teenage girls. I also provide parenting support to parents who want a deeper connection with their teen.

Dawn creates a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where teens build self worth, self-confidence, community, connection, & learn skills to help them thrive.
