Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years experience working with individuals, couple, and families and getting mostly positive results. I tend to work with individuals and families with special challenges such as teens and seniors.
I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic.
I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not.
