At the Mind Body Therapy Center, I work with clients who are in chronic pain and or experiencing medically unexplained symptoms, as well as those who are suffering from health-related anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder. In my work, I use five primary evidence-based forms of therapy: Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Intensive Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy (ISTDP), Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work is tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.
When I work with clients, my goal is to help them significantly reduce or eliminate chronic pain and overcome fear, obsessive thinking and avoidance, in order to help them live fuller, more meaningful and more joyful lives.
