I offer compassionate and dedicated therapy, building upon my foundation in neuroscience, philosophy, and trauma focused healing. I am committed to holistic well-being, am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-300), Aricular therapist, as well as other biofeedback modalities, and believe in integrating mindfulness and body-centered practices into our therapeutic approach. I employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each individual.

My own experiences with anxiety brought me to this field. I am passionate about helping to illuminate root causes and connecting mind/body/spirit. I also treat symptoms of depression, grief, addiction, and PTSD. I love being able to guide LGBTQ+ individuals navigating their sexuality, gender identity, and/or spirituality. Starting January 2025, I can offer integrative health coaching which includes nutrition, mindset coaching and in-depth lab work.

I aim to work with individuals who are interested in change and growth from a holistic perspective and are ready to do the challenging and rewarding work of reclaiming and mastering themselves. I am also available for clinical supervision and consultation and truly love working with and mentoring early career clinicians.
