I'm thrilled to have a full time office to offer clients in person sessions, as well as video or phone for those who prefer. I especially enjoy seeing couples in person as we grapple with issues of communication, fidelity, substance use, intimacy, or even whether or not to continue the relationship. Similarly, I like working with adult individual clients to work on a behavior or relationship that is keeping them stuck, or on ways to understand and manage emotions and needs to get the best out of life.

I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) as well as Gottman, Relational Life Therapy, Imago and more. But there is no one-size-fits-all. Our work together depends on what the client needs.

The relationship between client and therapist is crucial to a successful outcome of therapy. I want you to be comfortable in my office. If you have a well-behaved pet you'd like to bring with you, just let me know. If you would prefer to alternate between in-person and virtual sessions, we can do that too. We can also "walk and talk," if preferred.
