Sometimes, the survival mechanisms and belief systems that help us survive our childhoods do not serve us well later in life. My mission as a therapist is to help my clients recognize their self-worth, and become the whole people they were meant to be.
I work with clients to help them approach their strong emotions, negative thoughts, and trust issues pulling from attachment based and psychodynamic theories. My goal is to not only help process but to also build skills and resilience.
