I utilize a person-centered approach to address trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. I have training in CPT and EMDR to treat trauma-related issues. I utilize ACT, CBT, and mindfulness to treat a wide range of mental health concerns.
