My typical client sees me for Telehealth, self-pay sessions during their workday to seek better ways to grow, communicate & improve their relationships. Many of my clients are normal or higher functioning adults leading successful lives simply wanting to thrive in life! I also see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders. Telehealth couple's counseling is a unique niche as well. I've completed Level 3 Practicum Training In Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Couples may be in different locations as long as they are calling in from a state I'm licensed to work. I've worked with a variety of couples since '08.
I help patients gain clarity, maintain healthy boundaries, heal and accomplish their life goals. I help couples decide if/how to: make amends, trust again, forgive, and/or reconcile. These are three separate decisions and requires each committed partner to grow in different ways.
I know what's it like to feel alone, angry, heartbroken or even just plain stuck- so I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate a path forward. While I don't know your unique situation (yet) I am willing to create a safe place for you, help you explore emotions and process traumas and get you re-centered.
