My approach is holistic and informed by my background as an athlete and yoga instructor while also drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities. Groups
Yoga Therapy For Emotional Wellness
Learn and practice the therapeutic application of yogic tools in a small group setting! A growing body of evidence supports yoga as a complementary therapy for mental health and emotional wellness. There will be an initial 50 minute meeting during which we'll discuss the group, your goals and needs, and your background. Then there will be four small group meetings with the first scheduled for 10/4. The self-pay rate for the initial session and all four sessions is $270. We also accept insurance. Space is limited, so please email to reserve your spot or for more information.
