Choosing therapy is a bold step towards positive change. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to realize relational and personal goals by providing empathetic connection, structure and support. Together we will make a container for staying present with difficult emotions that can arise on the journey towards healing and self-realization. My name is Levi (they/them), I am a person-centered therapist under IFS supervision from a trauma-informed lens. I believe that you make sense and that you are the expert on your own experience. I enjoy working with trans and LGBTQ clients, as well others who experience cultural oppressions.
I can provide an affirming and accepting relationship within which you will find support to examine your experiences and goals. My practice is person-centered, and queer, trans, kink and body-positive. I use tools from EMDR and IFS to go deep, find emotional release, and provide stabilizing positive experiences around trauma processing.
