Whether it is individual, marriage and/or parent coaching you are looking for I'd love to meet you. If you are struggling to maintain balance in your life and manage your emotions, thoughts and/or relationships, I believe I can teach you skills that will help. My coaching focuses on emotional recognition and management; thought awareness and redirection; physical health and wellness; and spiritual connection. I come from an LDS perspective and believe that faith is an important part of growth.
I believe that therapy should be brief and solution-focused. I utilize reflective listening to really understand what might be a barrier to your growth followed by practical coaching. I use the Leadership Parenting method developed by John Rosemond when coaching parents. I have a Level I Gottman certification which I utilize when working with couples.
