I have 30 years experience working with anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, grief, older adult issues, behavioral issues, family issues, parenting, and couples issues. I am a registered EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and PTSD. I am also trained in working with veterans and their families.
I believe by providing a supportive and professional environment where my clients can develop skills and insight into their issues, I can move my clients toward a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
