There are times in life when we face obstacles and transitions that challenge our ability to change and cope in healthy and effective ways. This leaves us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and defeated. I am deeply passionate about helping children (ages 11+), adolescents and adults adjust to life transitions. I work closely with clients to help them develop and utilize healthy coping skills. Through a solution-focused lens, I assist clients to view the problem from a new perspective. I provide an authentic experience that challenges clients to push past the feeling of being "stuck" and learn to let go of things you cannot change.
