Are you experiencing anxiety? Do you know where it comes from? Or are you still trying to explore where it stems? Sometimes stressors and traumas add up and addressing them alone can feel like climbing a mountain. Please don't feel like you have to face it alone! My practice is geared towards young adults facing life transitions such as moving out, new relationships, and identity exploration, as well as adults ready to address past traumas. I have a strong interest in providing EMDR to address trauma and working with women's issues surrounding pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as health care professionals in this field.
My intention is to help you feel relief from the thoughts that are occupying your mind so that you can feel rested and at peace within your mind and body. I do so by helping you address the past, present, and future anxieties you are experiencing. In doing so I can help you gain the skills and confidence needed to be a thriving adult.
