Hello! I'm glad you're here. If you found my page, chances are you're seeking some kind of healing or change. Something in your life is not working for you. Maybe a big life event has happened, or it's a culmination of all the little things. It takes a lot of courage to seek help and can also leave you feeling vulnerable. Trying to figure out how exactly to start healing and finding the right therapist can be tough. I am here to support you with that process, whatever that may look like for you.
I strongly believe that the relationship with your therapist is key to facilitating growth and change. Therapy is not “one size fits all” and I will cater my approach to your specific needs. My areas of interest are: grief & loss, trauma, PTSD, spirituality, LGBTQIA+, depression, life transitions, relationships and family conflict.
I provide a relaxed, open, non-judgemental and collaborative environment. I will hold space for you in order to help you identify and work towards your goals, growth, and healing. Sessions may be filled with f-bombs, laughter, or tears. It is a place where you can be your authentic self and unpack whatever you need without judgement.
