Welcome. :) Most of my clients are both intelligent, as well as somatically empathic. They care about growth towards greater health and balance, relationally and professionally. They often have traumatic backgrounds. From a body felt and practical sense, they would like to feel met, seen and valued, as is true of most all of us. I work from a calm, clear, non-judgmental posture, offering the gift of warm and fun, compassionate presence to you manifest your intentions. I am in my mid-50's, like to kayak, dance, read, write, swim, puzzle, and hang out seaside for sunrise, and lakeside for sunsets. I would love to support you soon.
I focus where you are. I help create intentions that are mutually agreeable. I offer choice on how we go about reaching intentions. I keep things present tense, while also creating the safety to touch into and integrate the deepest of traumatic material, somatically, cognitively, and relationally. I help you feel more ease in mind and body.
I have the intention to see you...to hear you...to meet you right where you are. I would be honored to help you find greater health, peace, love and light of your soul.
