I offer support to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma whether it be from childhood or present, self-esteem, self-image, body dysmorphia, and relationship issues. We all deserve a space to feel acknowledged, comforted and supported. My clients can expect a personalized space for themselves to heal where they are comfortable and free to express themselves.
My clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help my clients reach their goals. My approaches do vary and change as no client is the same and I am sure to alter my approaches so each client's personal need or concern is met.
I genuinely enjoy working with people to promote growth and change. I believe we are all beautiful individuals regardless of our backgrounds. As your therapist, I am confident in stating I am an ally skilled in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of trauma, and those who just need a little extra support navigating this thing called life.
