I fully believe in the therapeutic process as being collaborative; after all, you, the client, are the expert on your life! Through our work together, I will provide an inviting space for you to be authentically seen and heard. I approach the therapeutic space with couples, families, and individuals through Attachment, Emotion-Focused, and Person-Centered therapy lenses. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with body image, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I embrace working with clients of all backgrounds & perspectives.
