I also have significant experience working with people experiencing anxiety and life stressors. I am a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) and enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, chronic illness, emotional eating, weight loss issues and want to align their physical and mental health through nutrition, proper sleep and self care as well.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused approach to encourage, empower and educate clients on reaching their own solutions. My clients often feel they are able to reduce stress and improve coping skills which often leads to better life satisfaction, work performance and happier relationships.
