I help individuals find fulfillment and couples to thrive in their relationships. I love supporting women and families through pregnancy and motherhood. Inner peace is about understanding and finding acceptance for who you are and how you came to be this person. We will identify your strengths and use them to transform negative patterns that are holding you back or keeping you down. I teach somatic awareness and mindfulness to help you improve your ability to witness yourself, leading to more insight. I work with couples on communication, sexuality, co-parenting, making agreements and becoming each other’s best support person.
My couples work is influenced by EFT, Non-Violent Communication and PACT as well as 10 years of work as a birth doula. I have taught yoga for 25 years and integrate Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy and ACT, a mindfulness based cognitive therapy. These powerful tools of self-awareness are life transforming.

We offer groups for chronic pain, diabetes, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting and more. We are a team of therapists offering a variety of unique services including music therapy, trauma informed yoga, acceptance and commitment therapy, family systems work and much more. We know that when one person enters into therapy, they do not exist in a vaccuum. Each person lives in a system of friends, family, and other relationships which influence their individual challenges and needs in many ways. While we work hard to maintain individual access to and privacy in therapeutic settings, we can also offer a team approach with family care.
