I work with a wide array of clients who have a variety of mental health and life challenges. I am comfortable with individuals, couples, adolescents and their families. I have 20 years of experience working in different environments including in-patient, outpatient hospitalization programs (IOP/PHP), clinics, schools, group and private practice. I utilize a wide variety of therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, family systems, insight oriented and strength based.
