If your goal is to find healthy coping mechanisms, or to just move from a space of darkness into hopefulness, I will gladly facilitate that. Talk-therapy offers 50mins to just focus on yourself - something which, especially with the overwhelming nature of life- has become dearly important.
Short-term counselling work is ideal for those who are struggling with a difficult situation, but have limited time. It provides a unique opportunity to find ways to process and cope with lifes challenges. You can also learn more about your mental health care needs and access long-term emotional wellbeing.
I believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone in SA, which is why short-term counselling is so vital for our country. As South African's we face a remarkable amount of trauma, in our home, in the broader populace and after the global pandemic.
