As an accomplished educational psychologist, I am dedicated to fostering optimal learning environments and promoting the well-being of students through comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions. With a specialization in psycho-educational assessments, accommodations and concessions evaluations, school readiness assessments, school placement evaluations, individual play therapy, and online therapy, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field.

I am a Clinical Psychologist trained within a broad range of theoretical modalities in providing psychotherapeutic interventions. My aim is to provide my clients with an emphathic and non-judgemental environment that is conducive to healing, as well as developing insights into their difficulties.

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to the world of psychology which has now evolved into a full-on passion. As a registered counselling psychologist, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and together we work towards developing you. I truly care for all of my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek within themselves. I believe in patients being stuck in their lives but that they still hold all the answers and so my job is to elicit those solutions when they can't see them.

I am a licensed Educational Psychologist, duly registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). My areas of expertise encompass a wide range of professional services, including educational assessments, play therapy, relationship counseling, trauma debriefing, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

I am always humbled by the experience of having to help a person who is troubled by life circumstances and wish to find a safe space for healing, coping and adjusting to their challenges. I enjoy working with children of all ages as I'm also married myself with four children. Hence, I provide therapy and educational assessments to children and young adults. I also enjoy working with adults in families, marriages or any relationships that's seeks to renew its bonds and find new ways of relating. In the past few years I have developed interest in helping people who are struggling with trauma, addiction and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Sibongiseni Zuma is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has had experience in both the public and private sectors of health. I provide evidence-based psychological interventions through an intentional and holistic approach, collaborating with the multidisciplinary health team when it is required.

Thokozani Sithole is a Counselling Psychologist registered with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF). I hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Postgraduate Diploma in HIV and AIDS Management from the Stellenbosch University. I am currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Consulting Psychology from the University of South Africa. I started working as a Psychologist in the year 2014.

The ideal clients' issues may include stress, anxiety, work-life balance, depression , family problems, substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, gender based violence anger management. Clients need therapeutic ways to cope with their challenges and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their pattern of behavior. The clients goals is to develop coping skills for overwhelming emotions, increase self-esteem and reducing negative self-talk. The ideal clients want to live a more fulfilling and balanced life and they are willing to put in the effort to make it happen.

I work therapeutically with children and adolescents for emotional and psychological difficulties. I adopt a systems approach when working with children and adolescents since they are embedded within their family and school contexts. I provide psychological assessment services for investigating challenges in and barriers to learning, neurodevelopment and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I aim to enable men and women to thrive by becoming the best version of themselves. The process addresses trauma, anger, stress and anxiety within themselves and their relationships through emotional awareness and practical interventions. During the sessions, I strive to enable my clients to experience physical and emotional relief from stress, anxiety and embodied trauma.
