As Lead Project Managers, Alitheia has been at the forefront of the Lagos Creative and Entertainment Centre (LCEC) project, a groundbreaking initiative championed by the CBN/Bankers Committee. Over the past 5 years, we’ve successfully navigated the complexities of restoring and refurbishing the iconic National Theatre, while also overseeing the development of key supporting amenities including the 250-car park block and the environmental remediation of the surrounding wetlands. Our hands-on approach included exceptional governance, team leadership, budgeting, and rigorous scope control—ensuring that every aspect of this one-of-a-kind project met the highest standards. As we near the finish line, with commissioning and final close-out documentation on the horizon, we can proudly say that this nearly 50-year-old edifice is nothing short of breathtaking.
