AIT Ingredients Africa is an affiliate of AIT Ingredients France with its unique Research and Development Centre in the south of Paris. We provide ingredient solutions for the wheat-flour, bread, and pasta sectors. We work alongside our customers to help improve the final product and optimize processes. Our ingredient solutions bring to market tasty and innovative recipes that address consumers' dietary, nutritional, and health concerns. Our in-house R&D department ensures that we are always at the forefront of market knowledge, new trends, and technical expertise. We are further equipped with laboratories, bakeries, and test lines, which allow us to innovate, constantly improve our solutions, and provide key information, particularly during the wheat harvest.
