Today, Burstone announced a series of strategic transactions, including a key partnership with Blackstone in Europe. This marks a significant acceleration of our international fund and investment management strategy. Upon completion of these transactions, our third-party Assets Under Management (AUM) will increase nearly fivefold, from R4.7 billion to approximately R23.0 billion. Expanding our fund and investment management model brings substantial benefits, allowing Burstone to achieve enhanced integrated real estate returns. By combining traditional real estate asset yields with the upside from our funds, investment, and asset management model, we can unlock additional value through management, leasing, and acquisition fees, as well as potential performance fees through outperformance. We are delighted to partner with several highly regarded international capital partners who recognize the strength of our management teams. With significant on-the-ground experience and a proven track record, we've successfully aggregated portfolios and delivered value for third-party investors. The Neighbourhood Square premier convenience shopping centre in Linksfield, Johannesburg, officially transferred into the hands of Burstone Group and our partners, Flanagan & Gerard Property Development and Investment Property Group. Burstone owns a 50% stake in the centre. The newly developed, high-quality, open-air convenience retail centre is dominant in its node and has excellent trading metrics, including zero vacancies and a weighted average lease expiry of 4.3 years. Burstone Group’s 50/50 Australian JV partner, Irongate Group, acquired the Smithfield Industrial Centre in late 2023. Irongate Group has since completed the refurbishment and repositioning programme for the site and recently signed the second new lease. This brings the asset to 100% occupancy. Congratulations to the Irongate team!

Yesterday, Burstone Group hosted the third annual Broker's Cup Golf Day at Steyn City. The day was filled with intense competition as the office team attempted to dethrone the reigning champions, but the industrial team successfully defended their title and kept the trophy for another year.
