According to Enboarder's latest research, many companies are significantly overlooking their remote and hybrid workers. Here’s what was discovered about the challenges facing hybrid and remote new hires during onboarding: ❓ Field workers are more than twice as likely to feel uninformed, disengaged, and lacking confidence during onboarding compared to their on-site peers. 😔 Remote hires are nearly 50% more likely to report that company culture was poorly demonstrated, or not at all, compared to their on-site colleagues. 🤳 Remote hires are almost twice as likely to find the onboarding software or app unhelpful. 😖 A staggering 42% of remote hires report a terrible onboarding experience, followed closely by hybrid workers at 39%.
