MycoSure is a South African FoodTech company. We are focused on developing proprietary technology that leverages the natural metabolic capabilities of fungi through submerged biomass fermentation, to produce high quality, nutritious, mycelium-based protein and nutraceutical ingredients. Mycelium is the root structure of fungi. Our problem statement responds to the challenge of developing commercially viable, climate resilient technology that presents a sustainable and scalable solution to the future of food challenge.
