As we wrap up this month of celebrating women,  we honor the extraordinary leaders whose contributions shape our success and inspire us all. Today, we proudly feature another incredible leader within our company: Boitumelo Selekana, Pr Eng our Associate Director: Geometrics, whose expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving our vision forward. Boitumelo is a qualified and registered Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience. She holds both a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria. Boitumelo has successfully navigated roles in both the private and public sectors, gaining invaluable insights from her diverse experiences. Her current role as an Associate Director encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which include engineering design and documentation, project and contract management, maintaining the quality management system, mentoring and supervising junior engineers, business development and clientele management. Boitumelo shares this powerful piece of advice: “Never feel guilty for working hard. You are not just building a career; you are building a life. Your success is not just for you; it’s for the people who look up to you. Today, we’re featuring Sibongile Dladla, our Finance Manager who plays a crucial role in managing our company’s finances and ensuring our continued success.. With over seven years of experience in accounting and SME finance, Sibongile has a proven track record of helping clients create financial statements, achieve tax savings, prepare management accounts, and secure business financing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Auditing, and is currently working towards her ACCA certification. Beyond her professional achievements, Sibongile enjoys cooking and shopping in her free time. Her words of encouragement to women are truly inspiring: “Perseverance and consistency are guiding principles for me. The way to remain in a state of positivity and encouragement is to stay determined and continuously strive for self-improvement, no matter the challenges you face.
