At the start of 2025, we proudly launched our Global Service Recognition Program – a new initiative designed to shine a spotlight on our incredible in-club teams and the standout individuals who go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for our members. As we transition into Social Wellness Clubs, we’re on a mission to redefine exceptional service. Our program empowers our members to recognise Virgin Active staff who have built real, lasting community connections. Through incentivised training and a member voting system, those with the most nominations in 2025 will be crowned Service Champion and rewarded with fantastic prizes to honour their dedication. The response so far has been amazing, and we’re excited to continue celebrating our team members who make Virgin Active more than just a gym.
