Jobfindendubai.com is the first German-speaking agency that specializes in advising clients who are looking for a job in Dubai and the GCC region. One of the most important steps for emigration was the job search. We searched the usual portals and started applying. During this unsuccessful process, we learned more about what a CV and application letter should look like in the Arab world and learned more about the “Applicant Tracking System (ATS)”. This software is used by a number of companies to pre-select the hundreds of CVs sent in, based on the keywords they contain. With this knowledge and the use of a ready-made process, we were able to have the right job offer within a few months and even reject one or two offers during this process that did not fully meet our expectations.
