Our two-stage technology saves costs, resources, and energy in plastic recycling while improving the CO2 balance. By allowing the recycled plastic flakes to be processed directly after grinding the two-stage process eliminates the energy-intensive process step of pelletising. ♻️👍 With a melt filter and degassing, even contaminated waste can be efficiently converted into high-quality products, reducing energy consumption by around 30% and minimizing odor emissions. 👌 In this video Klaus Fellner briefly introduces the two-stage process, talking about it’s benefits and how it helps to meet upcoming regulatory requirements in plastics recycling.
