When AMPS was established in 2011, the skills and knowledge of new engineers were inadequate when compared to the industry’s expectations. We set out to change this by bridging the gap through a collaborative approach with mining technical services, providing education, technical support, and developing and implementing systems and training to mine sites. AMPS is now considered a leading provider of mining technical services and is proud to have developed an innovative industry business model.
