We supply Australia's largest branded petrol and convenience network as well as refining, importing and marketing fuels and lubricants. As the energy transition progresses, we are building out our electric vehicle (EV) on-the-go public charging networks in Australia and NZ. We have a deep history spanning over 120 years and are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and New Zealand Exchange (NZX). Ampol supplies fuel to more than 110,000 business and SME customers in diverse sectors across the Australian and NZ economies, including mining, transport, marine, agriculture, aviation and other commercial and industrial sectors. Across our Australian and NZ retail networks, we serve approximately 4 million customers every week with fuel, convenience and EV charging products. Our ability to service our broad customer base is supported by our robust supply chain and strategic infrastructure positions. In Australia, that includes 15 terminals, 6 major pipelines, 53 wet depots, 1,790 Ampol branded sites (including 636 company-controlled retail sites) and one refinery located in Lytton, Queensland. In NZ, we have grown our presence through the acquisition of Z Energy. Our New Zealand operations now consists of 9 terminals and 513 sites (includes Z Energy and Caltex branded sites). This network is supported by over 9,100 people across Australia, NZ , Singapore and the United States of America (USA). In recent years, we have leveraged our Australian business to extend our supply chain and operations into international markets. This includes our Trading and Shipping business that operates out of Singapore and Houston in the USA, and our international storage positions across the Asia Pacific region and North America. Ampol also owns a 20% equity interest in Seaoil, a leading independent fuel company in the Philippines.

An electrifying weekend!⚡🚘 The AmpCharge Team were thrilled to have spent 3 days exhibiting at the Everything Electric Australia event last weekend at Sydney Olympic Park.  We had some fantastic conversations with both consumer and business attendees covering EV charging solutions for on the road, at home and for businesses. We also got to show off our EV charging hardware, give out some free AmpCharge merchandise and run exclusive offers to drive awareness and engagement. Our General Manager of Customer Solutions within the Ampol Energy Solutions Team, James Myatt, participated in a panel discussion sharing tips and insights into EV charging. A massive thanks to the eMobility Team, who brought energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. #AmpCharge #ConnectToWin

Ampol stores in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales are resuming trade when safe to do so, with the majority of sites now open. Our main priority remains the safety of our people and customers. Some of our stores are more significantly affected by the weather event, particularly those in Northern NSW, and will take longer to return to normal operations. We will endeavour to make sure the Service Station Finder on our website is updated as quickly as possible with the operational status of each store: https://lnkd.in/gHCDa_KB We kindly ask customers visiting Ampol sites in affected areas to please be patient as full shop and fuel services come back online.

Last week, #Ampol welcomed our Distributor Partner network, lubricant sales and technical teams to the 2025 Lubricants Distributors Conference. This four-day event provided an opportunity to come together as a team, share insights, and align on the path ahead.   The conference featured interactive training sessions, industry updates, and thought-provoking discussions that reinforced our shared commitment to growth and collaboration. Breakout sessions and networking opportunities allowed our distributor partners to connect, exchange ideas, and explore ways to drive continued success in an evolving market.   We were also pleased to host Walkinshaw Andretti United (WAU) as guest speakers, offering valuable insights into performance, innovation, and teamwork—values that resonate strongly with our industry.   A huge thank you to all attendees for your engagement and contributions. Your commitment and partnership are key to our collective success, and we look forward to another strong year ahead.   #AmpolProud #MobilLubricants #Collaboration #IndustryLeadership #Partnerships
