The lessons learned from Victoria's ground breaking road safety reforms can be applied to fight the modern scourge of scams, according to Shaq Johnson Head of Customer Protection, ANZ. With Australian online scam victims losing around $2.7 billion in 2023 alone, according to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Johnson argues a comprehensive and whole of community strategy is needed, including legislative measures, technological advancements, and widespread public education. https://lnkd.in/gq9ZAVV2

"As a lender, I help customers navigate financing options to achieve their goals, whether it’s buying a home or investing." "It’s not always easy, but if you're passionate about helping others and enjoy problem-solving, it’s a career worth pursuing." Meet Yuanxu (May) MEN – one of our #LegendaryLenders, a program that celebrates those who not only embody our values but make a real impact in our customers' lives. Most recently, May had a memorable experience helping a first-time homebuyer fulfil her dreams. "Although her borrowing power was strong, she was understandably anxious, which is common for first-time buyers. After working closely together, we found a solution that fit both her budget and her needs. She was thrilled when her loan was successfully settled." Ready to be a part of something legendary?
