The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Sharples and Dan Tucker as technical consultants. Matt & Dan have a wealth of experience in West Africa, Guinea in particular. Matt and Dan have extensive mineral development experience, including, most recently, the delivery of a feasibility study at Robex Resource’s Kiniero project in Guinea. The contracting of these two consultants strengthens our existing team and will enable us to fast track the expansion and development of Kada. The Asara team has already commenced re-commissioning of the camp at Kada and plans to start field exploration work in early November are well underway. Asara Resources is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding subscription agreement with Barbet LLC FZ to raise US$950,000 which will be used to advance the Kada Gold Project in Guinea. We welcome Barbet to our share register and look forward to working with them to advance the project. The company enters Q4 2024 debt free and well funded to advance exploration at Kada

Asara Resources is pleased to announce the divestment of its non-core Burkina Faso gold assets for US$2.2m cash. ''We are delighted to have reached an agreement with BIC for the sale of the Kouri and Babonga gold projects in Burkina Faso. This sale represents a significant milestone for the Company and reiterates our commitment to divest our non-core assets to focus on our flagship Kada Gold Project in Guinea. ''

Today we announced the commencement of metallurgical test work at our #Kada #oxide #gold project in #Guinea Test work with Kappes Cassiday, world leaders in Heap leach design, will enable the company to assess whether a low cost heap leach is the right direction for the project. The company also announced that it is actively working on divesting both the #Paguanta base metal project in Chile and the #Kouri gold project in Burkina Faso Paguanta has a resource of 18.2m ounces #silver equivalent and Kouri has a resource of 2m ounces of #gold.
