  • We are excited to announce Asuria and the The Institute of Employability Professionals Australia (IEP) have partnered to launch an innovative training program designed specifically for staff in the Australian Employment Services sector. The CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services is the only certified and tailored course to equip frontline staff with the tools they need to effectively support participants, address barriers to employment, and drive higher engagement and outcomes. This qualification is a unique professional development opportunity, bringing together the latest global best practice, while offering resources and career-specific pathways not available anywhere else. It features interactive online learning, fortnightly webinars led by industry experts, and exercises to help staff manage the challenges they face in employment services. Learners will get recognition for work and training completed on the job, plus they will receive the IEP's globally recognised Award in Employability Practice. The program will be officially launching in May 2025, but registrations are opening soon!
