What are a health professional's obligations when using AI? Australia's health practitioner regulation agency AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) has just released an update to its professional code of conduct. The updated guidance explains how existing responsibilities in National Boards’ codes of conduct apply when practitioners use AI in their practice. https://lnkd.in/gTVt5P5J Updating the code of conduct was one of the major recommendations of the AAAiH healthcare AI roadmap, and so this is a very welcome and world-leading contribution to ensuring AI is used safely and effectively in Australia.
