  • Today, on International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to gender equality in defence—a sector where women are typically underrepresented. We recognise that true progress comes from year-round action, not just words. That’s why we proudly support Women in Defence Association (WiDA), an important industry body, championing opportunities for women to thrive in defence. In the week leading up to IWD, our teams joined multiple events run by WiDA to celebrate the incredible contributions of women in our sector and to have the important conversations about what’s next. Achieving equity strengthens our industry, our teams, and our future.
