BCE is now seeking an experienced Operational / Senior Manager with a Surveying / Spatial or Engineering background to join a dynamic management team as the Operations Manager to be based in the Perth office.  Key Roles and Responsibilities •    Manage the day to day operations of the business. •    Support all levels of management in various aspects of business operations. •    Drive a positive safety culture throughout your team. •    Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets. •    Building and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring repeat and ongoing business. •    Help source, develop and maintain a team of innovative & motivated Surveying / Spatial professionals. •    Client engagement, tendering and Business Development. •    Assist with QA and OHS management systems compliance.  What you will need for this role •    Demonstrate a strong work ethic leading from the front. •    High level of integrity, discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail. •    Sound management, communication and organisational skills. •    Current Australian drivers licence. •    Previous Senior Management experience preferred.
