This event featured an amazing lineup, including Courtney Act, Daryl Braithwaite, Human Nature and Conrad Sewell. The night was MC'd by Johanna Griggs and comedian Jimmy Rees. Every ticket sold directly supported feeding those in need. The evening also featured inspiring conversations with OzHarvest founder Ronni Kahn AO and Sir Bob Geldof, who famously founded the charitable supergroup Band Aid and organised the iconic Live Aid concert in 1985 to combat famine in Ethiopia. 📌Adelaide: And that is a wrap for the 2024 National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) Convention!  We had a wonderful few days connecting with industry colleagues and exploring the evolving landscape of insurance broking. There were many insightful sessions covering topics such as regulatory updates, business innovation, client relationships, and leadership strategies.   Some standout moments included Andrea Clarke’s inspiring talk on mindset and adapting to change, and Martin Lakos from Macquarie Group sharing his perspectives on the global economic outlook, touching on geopolitics and interest rates.   Our very own National BDM Craig Stanley was part of the Great Debate discussing "Insurance brokers ‘must’ transition to a digital-first model to survive in the next 5 years" with Craig being on team affirmative.   Congratulations to all the winners at the NIBA Gala event.
