This year, International Women’s Day (IWD) is all about Inspiring Inclusion, and investing in women to accelerate progress. To unpack both the progress and challenges surrounding gender equality, Enero Group gathered for a live streaming of Rabia Siddique QCVS BA LLB GAICD FAIM CSP interview with THE GROWTH FACULTY UK LIMITED, as she powerfully shared her experiences leading international cultural change. Ahead of International Women’s Day (IWD) tomorrow, our Group Communications Director Abigail Dawson moderated a panel featuring inspiring leaders - Irina Hayward, Melissa Cullen GAICD, Kiah Nicholas, and Fiona Walters - from Enero Group businesses' BMF Australia, Orchard, and Hotwire.   Following the theme of IWD, Inspire Inclusion, the session unpacked women's economic empowerment and celebrated, discussed, and reflected on both the progress and challenges surrounding gender equality. #InspireInclusion #IWD2024 🫶

At Enero Group, we are committed to improving mental health literacy, reducing stigma, and enhancing confidence levels in providing mental health support. So last week, we held our first Mental Health First Aid training course, resulting in an incredible group of qualified Mental Health First Aiders within the Enero Group. The course empowers participants with knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond to mental health challenges people may face.
