I am incredibly proud of our amazing team who, in collaboration with some of the world’s leading technology organisations, have successfully migrated 90% of our workloads out of data centres and into public cloud environments. This foundation sets us up well to simplify our adoption of new capabilities including progressively applying AI across several targeted use cases in the insurance value chain. Ultimately this will enable faster time to customer value leveraging secure, robust and scalable hybrid multi-cloud environments.   I’m looking forward to sharing how our Infrastructure and broader Technology strategy is delivering tangible outcomes for customers at the upcoming Future of Financial Services conference in Sydney on 24 October.
