  • FROM THE ARCHIVE | Highline Westmead Some developments remain significant well beyond their completion, quietly shaping the communities around them. Deicorp's HIGHLINE WESTMEAD is one such project—a residential precinct that marked an early milestone for Goldfish & Bay. Designed by TURNER STUDIO, Highline blends Westmead’s heritage with contemporary apartment living. Lower-rise brick buildings reflect local history, transitioning elegantly into modern, light-filled apartments set among landscaped terraces. With 85 units reserved as affordable housing for essential workers, Highline continues to positively influence Western Sydney’s growth. Strategically positioned near Westmead Hospital, Sydney Metro West, and the Parramatta Light Rail, the project highlights the value of considered urban planning. In the early stages of our company, we provided Hydraulic and Fire engineering services for Highline, in partnership with Deicorp—a relationship we're proud to continue today. Revisiting completed projects reminds us why early collaborations matter, and the enduring importance of high-quality engineering in shaping great communities. 📩 For project inquiries, contact us at tenders@goldfishbay.com.au. 🌐 Learn more about our projects at goldfishandbay.com.au. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gtSwQ8AH #GoldfishAndBay #HighlineWestmead #Deicorp #TurnerStudio #GoldfishAndBay #Westmead #UrbanDevelopment #EngineeringDesign
