Conceived as a hybrid development that spans over 184 hectares of open space and landscape areas, mixed-use development and road networks, the extensive IPG Badgerys Creek Road Master Plan will transform the area into an economic and employment hub for the future workforce, First Nations Community and the broader Aerotropolis Precinct. After a two-year collaborative process with NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and the Technical Assurance Panel, the Master Plan was placed on public exhibition. In addition to our Bennelong Residence, our Interior Design team overhauled the apartment building's foyer, with a bespoke design that blends the heritage of the building with a refined, contemporary look. Custom banquet seating provides a comfortable space to sit, anchored by a custom rug design in hues of green, blue and brown. Two velvet armchairs, a black mirror coffee table and ambient wall and pendant lighting create a warm and welcome atmosphere and first impression. #SBA #foyerdesign #apartmentdesign #furniturestyling
