On Friday we held the first ever Lift 4 Lifeline Australia event, where for every lift, rep, and squat at five of our WA gyms, Revo donated 50 cents to Lifeline WA, and our members absolutely smashed it! Our initial goal was ambitious—30,000 reps, equalling a $15,000 donation. But our members went above and beyond, completing an incredible 54,860 reps! That’s $27,430.00 raised for Lifeline WA’s critical crisis support and suicide prevention services, nearly doubling our original goal. This was far beyond our initial goal, and we couldn’t have done it without the energy, passion, and dedication of each and every member who showed up, lifted, and made a difference. The vibe in the club was incredible! To amplify our impact, Revo Fitness has also committed an additional $50,000 to train and support 12 new crisis workers, helping to ensure that no one in our community faces their darkest moments alone. Thank you to everyone who took part in the event on Friday. Your effort means that Lifeline WA can reach more people when they need it most. Check out some happy snaps from the day below.

Revo Fitness is teaming up with Lifeline WA today for the first ever Lift 4 Lifeline event, with the goal to raise $15,000 for Lifeline’s crisis support and suicide prevention services. For every lift, rep, and squat at our five most popular gyms, Revo will donate 50 cents to help make sure there is always someone to call in times of need. We have also pledged $50,000 to help train and support 12 crisis workers in Western Australia to ensure Lifeline have the resources to further support our community. This relationship began when I met Lorna MacGregor late last year, where we talked about our companies mutual mindset wanting to help people. Our values completely aligned and I was extraordinarily inspired by what Lifeline do as an organisation, and we just wanted to get involved. Thank you to Justin Fris and Business News for the coverage, Will Schofield, Purple, Perth Wildcats and our team to help execute and build the awareness for this great event. Check out the article below. Thank you to everyone who joined us at our annual Chair's Breakfast at Fraser's, at Kaarta Koomba (Kings Park). We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved over the last year and enjoyed the opportunity to express our gratitude to our government, corporate and community supporters for their continued support and generosity. Our Chair, Peter Thomas, reflected on the successful year Lifeline WA has had, as outlined in the Annual Report shared with guests. The growth in our services and impact is a testament to the ongoing support of our community and partners. Our CEO, Lorna MacGregor, also took a moment to honour the late Dr Ros Worthington OAM, a remarkable philanthropist whose contributions to Lifeline WA have left a lasting legacy. A heartfelt thank you to our inspirational panel - Sharon Young, Alastair Milne FAIM and Michael Fulham, who shared their experiences with suicide and our organisation, offering valuable insights on how to help those in need. Thank you again to everyone who joined us for breakfast and your continued support in helping us make a difference. A special mention to Fran Lawrence for being MC and Ingrid Cumming for delivering a warm Welcome to Country. Our 2023-24 Annual Report can be found on our website https://lnkd.in/dzs53FrS
