As part of our #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth, we had the privilege of hosting two powerful Lindt Lounge: Breaking Barriers panels this week. These conversations were a testament to the strength, resilience, and perseverance it takes to overcome obstacles and create new paths forward. We are immensely grateful to our panelists—Tayla Sayers: HR Business Partner, Rachalle A.: Retail eShop Manager, Berni Mortakis: Reward Business Partner, Freda Behrens: HR Director, Jeff McKenzie (GAICD): Sales Director, Hayden Farrell: Senior Packing Supervisor Operations, Alaa Aljunaidi: Production Manager, and Anna Porter: Head of Category—for their courage and bravery in sharing their personal journeys of breaking barriers. At Lindt, we know that diversity isn’t just about visible differences—it’s about the unique perspectives and strengths that come from those differences. But building a truly inclusive workplace takes more than recognition—it requires breaking down cultural, personal, and systemic barriers, which often involves discomfort and growth. These panel discussions reminded us of the power in embracing our differences and learning from one another’s experiences. By fostering a culture of inclusion and support, we create an environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and lead with purpose. Thanks to Nicole Rebic for organising these events and for her passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within our company. Thank you again to our inspiring panelists for helping us reflect on how we can break down barriers together. #WeEnchantTheWorldWithChocolate #LiftAtLindt #MakeAnImpact #OneMonthOneLindtOneYou

Last week we focused on Neurodiversity as part of our #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth. At Lindt Australia, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to creating a space where all talents can shine. It’s important to recognise the incredible strengths that neurodiverse individuals bring to our teams. Embracing neurodiversity fosters an inclusive environment where unique perspectives lead to innovative solutions, enhanced creativity, and heightened attention to detail. The resilience and determination cultivated through navigating neurodiverse experiences contribute positively to team dynamics, promoting empathy and support among colleagues. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our hands-on activities last week! 🙏 Your engagement helped bring neurodiversity awareness to life in a powerful way. These activities gave us a glimpse into the unique challenges that neurodiverse individuals often navigate. During our activities – from the Hands-on Sensory Puzzle where blindfolded participants had to rely on verbal instructions to complete a puzzle, to the Origami Challenge with different sets of instructions, and Headphone Pictionary simulating sensory overload – we learned how people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodiverse conditions experience the world differently. By taking the time to better understand neurodiverse individuals, we’re fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Let’s keep neurodiversity in mind not just during this month, but every day, as we strive to create a more inclusive environment where every individual can shine. ✨💡 #Neurodiversity #Inclusion #WeEnchantTheWorldWithChocolate #LiftAtLindt #MakeAnImpact #OneMonthOneLindtOneYou

Last week, as part of our #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth we explored the value of Age Diversity through a fun Generational Knowledge Trivia that tested our team’s knowledge across generations! Here are some fun facts we learned: 💡 Baby Boomers introduced us to the mixtape, with cassette tapes revolutionizing the way people enjoyed music! 💡 Generation X was the first to experience widespread home internet access—think dial-up days! 💡 Millennials popularised the gig economy, turning side hustles into mainstream success with platforms like Uber and Etsy. 💡 Gen Z is on track to be the most educated generation in history. These activities remind us how important it is to foster age diversity in the workplace. Different generations working together enriches our environment with innovative ideas, varied problem-solving approaches, and stronger collaboration. The enthusiasm and engagement from everyone was fantastic! The trivia helped us appreciate how each generation’s unique experiences and skills contribute to a dynamic and innovative workplace. Thank you to all who joined in the trivia, and stay tuned for more exciting activities during Diversity Awareness Month! 🙌 #WeEnchantTheWorldWithChocolate #LiftAtLindt #MakeAnImpact #OneMonthOneLindtOneYou #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth

Yesterday, we welcomed Joannie Lemay from In Bloom Project back to Lindt Australia for RUOK Day. As a team, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is ask a simple question: "Are you okay?" and Joannie presented a workshop on how to start those important RUOK conversations, as well as sharing great self-care tips to help all of us look after our own wellbeing. Thank you Joannie, for spending lunch with us and teaching us the important basics of looking after one and other! At Lindt, our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and making sure they have the tools and resources for the well being is our top priority with initiatives like our Wellbeing Alliance, Employee Assistance Program and Lindt Lounge live podcast. It is all of our responsibility to take what we’ve learned and continue to check in with each other, not just on RUOK Day, but every day. Whether it’s through a simple conversation or offering support when needed, together we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and heard. #RUOKDay #LifeatLindt #EnchantTheWorldWithChocolate

We're thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our solar panels in our staff carpark at Marsden Park head office! On Friday 30th August, we welcomed Akash Khan and Freddie Rachchh from Todae Solar, Dani Matthews from Abundium, and the Honourable Minister Ed Husic MP to the Grand Opening of our Solar Panel car awnings and our brand-new EV chargers! Lindt has installed 1,884 solar panels and 8 inverters generating 1.262 MWh of energy annually – equivalent to 867.7 tonnes of CO2, 185 ICE cars or 120 houses powered. We also have installed 6 dual 7kW EV chargers for a total of 12 cars to be able to charge at any one time! This project resonates deeply with our core value of responsibility, demonstrating our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint while harnessing renewable energy. Thank you to Mark Pett, Steve Wren, Warren Ung and his team for their commitment to a better tomorrow. The team's dedication to sustainability mirrors our own, and together, we're not just installing solar panels – we're cultivating a greener, more sustainable future for our community and future generations. #WeEnchantTheWorldWithChocolate #Sustainability #LiftAtLindt #MakeAnImpact Michael Schai, Mark Chenery

Father figures come in many forms—not just biological dads. They might be grandparents, step-parents, uncles, aunts, mums, siblings, friends, or anyone who plays a pivotal role in our lives. These figures, in all their diverse roles, leave lasting imprints on us, guiding, supporting, and loving us in their unique ways. This Father's Day, we want to take a moment to honor and celebrate the father figures who shape our lives so profoundly. Rebecca McCann, our National Account Manager, shares a heartfelt reflection that truly captures the essence of what these remarkable individuals mean to us. “Father’s Day to me is a day that we remind the fatherly figures we have in our lives that we are grateful for them being there. A day to celebrate the fatherhood, and bonds they have given us as children and grandchildren. I am truly thankful for the love & guidance my father has given me through my life and I love the bond my father now has with my son. Happy Father's Day to all.” Lindt would like to wish a Happy Father's Day to all our father figures! #WeEnchantTheWorldWithChocolate #LiftAtLindt #MakeAnImpact
