This can be the next ad for Cadbury 5Star. Eat 5 Star and Do Nothing! Nifty50 had closed at 22488 on 30th May. The 22700 CE and 22500 PE option premiums for the weekly expiry on 6th June were about 380 and 400. On 6th June, Nifty50 closed at 22820. The 22700 CE and 22500 PE option premiums expired at 120 and 0.05 respectively. Anyone who had sold these two options would have pocketed a premium of 380+400-120 i.e profit of 660 per lot. Doing nothing during this week would have been extremely difficult because on 3rd June the 22700 CE touched 730 and on 4th June the 22500 PE touched 1400. No sane Option Seller has the appetite to digest such movements. #eat5stardonothing #nifty50 #optionstrading #5star #cadbury5star #electionexpiry

The Battle of Mojo Against Coca-Cola and Pepsi in Bangladesh: Coca-Cola and Pepsi have dominated Bangladesh's beverage market for decades, holding an 80-90% share. Their strong marketing and branding strategies act like a mafia, preventing other brands from competing. Recent Example 1: When calls to boycott Coca-Cola and Pepsi arose due to the Palestine issue, local brand Mojo declared it would donate one taka per bottle to support Palestinians. This campaign rapidly boosted Mojo's market share from 10-20% to 35-40%. However, Mojo faced production capacity issues. To meet demand, they partnered with a top Bangladeshi multinational for production support. Suddenly, this partner ceased cooperation without explanation, a move likely influenced by the beverage giants. Mojo then invested in advanced machinery from Germany, a process taking 2-3 months, to expand their own production capacity and meet the growing demand. Recent Example 2: Coca-Cola and Pepsi provide free fridges to retailers with the condition that they must prioritize their products. Recently, they banned retailers from stocking Mojo in these fridges. As a result, Mojo struggled to maintain visibility and sales, although many retailers still supported Mojo out of love for Palestine or preference for local products. Conclusion: Despite the challenges and conspiracies against it, Mojo continues to stand resilient against the beverage giants, representing the voice of millions of young Bangladeshis. 🌟 Thanks to Mr. Salauddin Jahangir! 🌟 I recently read an amazing article by Mr. Salauddin Jahangir. Though I don't know him, his insights were incredible. If anyone knows him, please forward my gratitude. Let's spread this valuable knowledge! The latest RED C Research Brand Reaction Index (BRI) reveals Cadbury Dairy Milk retains the top spot as Ireland’s most emotionally connected brand for the third year in a row, with FMCG brands occupying 5 out of the top 10 places. BRI uses facial expressions which act as shortcuts enabling consumers to connect emotions with brands. Testing emotions is important for brands as it is an indicator of future brand growth. Here's a picture I took in a shopping centre in the Champsec section of Sion, Switzerland. It’s interesting to see Denner AG and Migros under the same roof – both part of the Migros family yet catering to slightly different needs. On a more serious note, how do these two retailers, owned by the same parent company, manage competition and coexistence in the same space? Insights and thoughts are welcome. You'll have to zoom in to see Migros at the end. #Retail #Competition #Sion #Switzerland #Denner #Migros #MarketTrends

A Palestinian-Swedish drinks maker has seen its alternative to Coca-Cola and Pepsi take off massively as consumers boycott the US brands over perceived ties to Israel. Hussein, Mohammed and Ahmad Hassoun, brothers of Palestinian descent and successful businessmen in Malmo, decided six months ago to create an alternative to Pepsi and Coca-Cola. Their brand has quickly garnered millions of social media hits and attracted interest from companies worldwide looking to stock its cola, as they’re struggling to keep up with demand as some restaurants in Europe shun American-owned market leaders. Sales have reached around four million cans in just under two months. #GlobalMarket #GlobalTrends #Pepsi #Cocacola #Business #Thesocialtalks
