Zagame's place is a new boutique office building refurbishment in Hawthorn, Victoria designed and delivered by Marchese Partners | Life3A Melbourne in collaboration with Lukas Partners for Zagame Corporation. Currently under construction by Merkon Constructions, this development will include 4,700m2 of creative workspace set in a beautiful park-like garden setting, designed by Jack Merlo. The office floors will undergo a complete redesign to create innovative, customisable, and adaptable workspaces that cater to the evolving needs of the modern workplace. A three-story atrium serves as the heart of the building and has been transformed into a private club space complete with a coffee shop, sophisticated lounge areas, and private spaces designed to encourage collaboration and productivity. A perfect balance of relaxation and functionality, for both social interaction and work. The design, inspired by the heritage sandstone buildings along Victoria Road, comprises 55 apartments, a contemporary sandstone base, and two storey entry portal. The new Encore by Mingara, in Tumbi Umbi, opened in December last year, set a new benchmark for the hotels on the Central Coast of NSW. Marchese Partners | Life3A delivered full architectural and interior design services for the hotel. We designed spacious and inviting hotel rooms with a coastal chic aesthetic. The exterior façade is simple and dynamic with a sense of depth and visual intrigue. The vertical blades add movement and depth, enhancing the building's modern aesthetic while seamlessly integrating with the existing adjacent Mingara Club.
